Because we take this responsibility so seriously, we are continually evaluating and changing our farming and livestock practices in an effort to improve our world. We would like to share with you a few of our practices that separate us from agricultural norms and aid us in being better stewards and caretakers.
100% Grain Storage and Drying
Our grain drying and storage facilities allow us to store 100% of the crops that we grow. We are capable of storing approximately 675,000 bushels and can dry corn at a rate of 2,250 bushels an hour. By storing our own grain we are able to avoid market lows during the harvest season. By drying our own corn we can eliminate high drying charges from the elevator. These advantages allow us to condition our grain for better market opportunities and controlled costs. In a custom harvest or crop-share agreement we can store your grain at an agreeable price to help you capture higher seasonal prices. We can even haul your grain!
